Symptoms
In Document Manager, "Download Folders and Files" radio button is enabled, and then "Apply these options to all sub-folders" option enabled and saved.
But after saving the check box gets unchecked automatically. Due to the automatic uncheck a new sub folder is created users are downloading a empty file.
