Slow Performance Opening the Desired Due Date Alert Window When Completing a Due Date (DD) Task of a PSR Order (Doc ID 2869411.1)

Symptoms

When attempting complete Due Date (DD) task of a PSR order in the Work Queue Manager, the Desired Due Date Alert window occasionally takes approximately 50 seconds to open. The alert is expected behavior that notifies a user they are attempting to complete the DD task of the order out of sequence because it has pending service items on multiple orders. The intermittent slow performance is not expected. Below is the Desired Due Date Alert message displayed to the user.

Desired Due Date Alert

This Order has item(s) that are Pending on Multiple Orders.
The Desired Due Date of this Order is out of sequence compared to the other Orders.
