Draft/Final link of PSR Disappears on Reports > Periodic Reports > PSR menu screen (Doc ID 2869493.1)

Draft/Final link of a PMDA PSR (安全性定期報告) on 'Reports > Periodic Reports > PSR' (報告 > 定期報告 > 定期報告・再審査報告) menu screen disappears if user open Report Details of the PSR on 'Reports > Compliance > Periodic' (報告 > 当局報告 > 定期報告) menu screen and just click [OK] button to close without doing anything.

Steps to Repeat:

1. On 報告 > 定期報告 > 定期報告・再審査報告 menu screen, confirm a specific PSR has Draft/Final link there.
2. Go to 報告 > 当局報告 > 定期報告 menu screen and open Report Details screen of the same PSR. (Left mouse button click on the icon at the most left column and select '報告の詳細' menu.)
3. On the Report Details window, without doing anything just click [OK] button. Report Details window closes.
4. Go to 報告 > 定期報告 > 定期報告・再審査報告 menu screen and check the same PSR.
   ---> Draft/Final link has disappeared for the PSR.
