Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Access TF UI as senior supervisor
Step2: Go to Alert screen
Step3: Select an alert and use Bulk update
Step4: Fill due date and time fields
Step5: Save it
Time shown with extra two hours added in UI automatically
Time should be shown in UI same as entered
