ACS Filters for Manufacturer Is Not Working, Manufacturers Added to Affected Items Is Not Exported to aXML File (Doc ID 2869524.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

ACS Filters for Manufacturers is not working. Manufacturers data added to the Affected Items is not exported to aXML file via Agile Content Services (ACS)



Expected Behavior

ACS Filters for Manufacturers to work. Manufacturers data added to the Affected Items to be exported to aXML file via ACS

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Java Client as admin user, and go to Admin tab > System Settings > Agile Content Service > Subscriber, and crate ACS Subscriber with below information:
    Criteria: All Parts
    Event: Set Workflow Event for Released status
  2. Go to Agile Content Service > Destination, and create a Destination
  3. Open the ACS Subscriber created in step 1, and go to Subscribers Detail, and set Destination
  4. Set Filter: All Parts Filter
  5. Set Roles: ACS Role
    This role has Discover and Read privilege for Part object, with Applied To filed having all the Manufacturer tab attributes added
  6. Enable ACS Subscriber created in step 1
  7. Log into Web Client, and create a Part, and go to Manufacturer tab, and add a Manufacturer Part
  8. Create ECO against the part, and set Workflow, and Release
  9. Check the ACS Destination, and open aXML file. Do not see Manufacturer information exported
