Goal

While trying to import an ICSR, getting the below error in the Interchange Service logs-

E2BReceive.ExtractR3XML_Data Fn. ICSR - E2BR3 Hard validation failed DEFAULT: Following Errors while updating database for SAFETYREPORTID is '' data value ([degF]) specified for the element is not an allowed ICSR Value for this profile.


This report does not appear then under the ICSR pending screen and a negative acknowledgement is generated for this report.
