MDM Operational Dashboard : VEE To Dos Trend fails to render then the total number of unique VEE Exception count exceeds 8

In the Zone description for this zone D2-INVEETR it says the total number of Exceptions shown is limited  based on the "Maximum Groups Per Chart"

However in the Master Configuration for MDM Operational Dashboard when Maximum Groups Per Chart is set to 10 or more,  the number of VEE Exceptions for the chart is limited to 8 by the D2_INSTAT script.

As a result the zone renders with an errror
