Nulls are recorded in History tab whenever a new user is added to the Notify list field on Discussion object.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:( Please note, the following data is fictional )
1. Login to WebClient
2. Navigate to Discussion D01473
3. Add a new user to Notify List, for example admin user

4. Click on History tab
5. Notify List users are recorded with user name & nulls for the userid; (null)
