InForm Portal Frame Does Not Render, Shows "Error in processing request" Instead (Doc ID 2869721.1)

Symptoms

All the Study users encounter error when accessing InForm Portal.

InForm Portal does not render and navigating to the Homepage results in the below error:

 

 

 

Note: The InForm trial itself remained available, however, all InForm Portal functions were unavailable (for instance, DOD and InForm Portal documents).
