'Onset From Last Dose' Is Not Populated In Aggregate Reports Though Present In The Case (Doc ID 2870033.1)

Goal

User observes that although the data is present in the case and latest revisions, the 'Onset From Last Dose' is not populated in Aggregate Reports (Case Listing, CIOMS-II Line Listing).

User also observes that the database column mapped to this field doesn't have the respective value stored.

This issue is observed in some cases but not all.

Is this expected behavior? How should it work?
