Decoded View Showing Comments Instead Of Values after importing ICSR (R2) (Doc ID 2870448.1)

Symptoms

Issue:

ICSR xml file (R2 format) received from agency / business partner. However the received xml file contains the comments each DTD.

For example:


 

When viewing this imported ICSR in the decoded view format, actual value of each DTD does not populate. Instead the comments displays.

 

 

Steps:

  1. Import the ICSR xml (R2 format)
  2. Go to Reports > ICSR pending
  3. Search the imported ICSR
  4. Right click > select "ICSR viewer"
  5. Change the view format to Decoded view
