OUTA CCB C1-CtrlCenSearchByNameAddress Component does not execute proper validations

At ConEd, Control Central Search is used extensively by CCB users.
Whenever, search criteria is too ambiguous and would result in a list of returned records being too large, a specific error/message is returned to the user
"Please, provide more information in the input search criteria"
However, when testing same case via OUTA C1-CtrlCenSearchByNameAddress component, we are not presented with same error/message and instead different one that reads F1 Key is missing (i.e. the Entity Name is missing)
