On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.5 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to load data via File Watchers, it was found that the DPServer was down.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the DPServer should be up and running.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. From DMW, check the current status of scheduled Text File Watcher jobs.
    Submitted jobs remain in 'Pending' status.
2. From LSH, go to "Administration"/"Service Location".
3. Check the DP Server Status for configured Text DP Server.
