Symptoms

Transfers and WOOut Publishers are going down with lock errors.

During publication of message details from RMS if the record is edited and locked in UI, corresponding adapter is going down with below errors:

Error:
Error from call to GETNXT: Table TSF_WO_DETAIL with key values of X, Y is locked by another user.

Error from call to GETNXT: Table TSFDETAIL with key values of XXXX, %s3 is locked by another user.
