Bad Data in AsHistoryDetail

When suspense records or client records are initially created, bad data (prefixed with com.adminserver.math.dcl.FieldVariableDcl@) is being generated in AsHistoryDetail.ToData where the field should contain NULL.

ToData is shown as NULL in AsHistoryDetail when not included or passed as NULL upon initial creation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1: Create a new transaction with an attached GenerateSuspense rule.
2: Configure the required components of GenerateSuspense but leave out (or set to NULL) at least one of the fields defined in SuspenseScreen.
3: Run the transaction. Navigate to Suspense Screen and look up the suspense record that was generated.
4: Go the History tab for the suspense record and observe that the Changed To column for any fields that were not included in GenerateSuspense (or set to NULL) show invalid data that starts with “com.adminserver.math.dcl.FieldVariableDcl@”
