On : 11.2.4.3 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Activity Comments: Cannot Add or View on Deleted Activities & Error when Viewing Comment History. After deleting a pending Final Action activity, the "Comments" cannot be added / updated on the activity. When a comment has been added prior to deleting the comment activity, the comments are not accessible. The pending Final Action activity has been shadowed and the comments can no longer be viewed. Error does occur when trying to view the History tab on the Comment screen on a Comment that was made on an Activity

Comments should be still available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a Comment to a Client or Customer level activity
2. Open the Comment and select the History tab
3. Receive Stack Trace Error
