Goal


Reconnect for Payment Receives System Errors while Completing

System error while trying to complete some Reconnect for Payment orchestrator activities. Looking at the Service Point to reconnect, the Service Point usually has multiple related Usage Subscriptiona although all may not be active. As a result, the Reconnect for Payment is unable to complete the Field Activity, holding up main activity processing. From this point, the Activity could not complete without manually manipulating data.

Messages in the log tab of the related Field Activity:

1) "Transition from status Execute Completion Events to status Completed failed by Enter plug-in (D1-PASSPA) - 30"

2) "System Error. Please see logs for more details."

 

Related error in the system logs:

 ERROR 

(support.scripting.InvocationContext) Expression (D1-RETUSGSP/results/bo) should only return a single value but returned a list(size=2) '
