Symptoms

Service purge script is not working if Service is assigned to a Network.

ERROR
-----------------------
"ORA-02091: transaction rolled back
ORA-02292: integrity constraint (UIM741.SRVICECONFIGREFRFRENCEDSERVICE)
violated - child record found"

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Associate a Service to Network
2. Disconnect the service
3. Try to purge that service.
4. Purge getting failed with error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Unable to purge any CFS service.
