Symptoms

Switching "Show" radio button from "All" to "Open" takes longer time for cases with large number of Action Items (approximately more than 50 items).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any case with more than 50 Action Items
2. Go to Activities tab > Action Items section
3. Switch the "Show" radio button from "All" to "Open"
4. Time taken to load the page is longer than expected
