ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account Notification Preferences getting inactivated automatically during Stop

Account Notification Preferences (Subscription Communication Preferences to be specific) are getting inactivated automatically after completing the Stop request through the Stop-Process Flow panels. The same does not happen when the user takes the Stop request through the traditional Start/Stop page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Behavior to be consistent with the traditional Start/Stop functionality – i.e., the preferences should not get inactivated automatically.
