Incorrect Stop MR ID Populated On SA/SP Tab For MoveIn MoveOut (Doc ID 2872223.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, ENV - Environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incorrect Stop MR ID populated on SA/SP Tab for MoveIn MoveOut

Note - The new FA that was generated on the second Stop was also not added on the SA/SP.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Stop Meter read should have the same date as the stop SA date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Stop the SA for a date and complete the corresponding FA with the correct Start/Stop read.
2. Move the SA from pending stop to stop status.
3. Reactivate the SA.
4. Stop the SA again for some other future date.
5. Complete the corresponding FA with the Meter Read generated for the new start/stop date.
6. Move the SA from pending stop to stop status.
7. The Stop Meter Read populated on the SA/SP tab is populated incorrectly.
