PROBLEM STATEMENT:
While Using Russian Language for Rich text under Supporting Documents the following error occurs.
ERROR
Server Error in '/gsm' Application.
ORA-01704: string literal too long
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PLM for Process (P4P) Application
2. Go to GSM
3. Use Russian Language in Rich text under Supporting Documents.
