Some Users Are Unable to Print the P6 Gantt Chart to PDF in Citrix Environment When Including Relationship Lines (Doc ID 2872448.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some P6 users are unable to Print a Gantt Chart to PDF in P6 running in a Citrix Environment when Relationship lines are displayed; the PDF file can take up to 8 hours to generate.

When Relationship lines are not selected for display, the PDF file only takes a couple minutes to generate.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The PDF file should generate in just a few minutes whether or not Relationship lines have been selected for display.
