Objects (i.e. lines, boxes, logos, etc.) in our Microsoft Word documents need to be changed in our Word docs so that they don't become "inline graphics" during the conversion process to FAP files.

During the form conversion process, our Word documents become a .PRN file out of the PrintCommander software. That PRN (AFP) file is converted into a FAP using Oracle's MRG2FAP utility, then to a PDF using FAP2PDF.

Is there another other way to create graphic/logo files (without GrafxCommander) to insert into our Word documents so that they don’t become an “inline graphic” during Oracle’s MRG2FAP process? It doesn’t have to be a WMF graphic file, just whichever graphic format is best for this purpose to eliminate inline graphics.
