OFSAA 8.0.7.4 – Batches With Multiple Tasks Ran Multiple Times in Parallel Fails and No Logs Generated (Doc ID 2873035.1)

Symptoms

On 8.0.7.4.0 version when running batches with multiple Data Transformation tasks(> 100) in parallel, after some time, a failed message is received and the logs are not created on the server.
In order to fix the issue client need to stop the OFSAAI and the Web services and also to clear the cache.


The issue is happening after multiple runs in parallel and if OFSAAI services are not restarted between runs. Below are some errors in the backend services logs
