Goal

On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Remittance.

One user is  planning to have a remittance configured on Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) having different ways to calculate the value to be paid to the partners.

The business requirements:

1. Have a configuration of different percentages for each range of amount of products sold.
    For example:
    Between 0 and 10K, we pay 0.1% or 1 cents
    From 10K to 100K, we pay 0.05% or 0.5 cents
    Bigger than 100K, we pay 0.01% or 0.1 cents.

2. Have a minimum and maximum value to pay to the partner.
    For example:
    The partner have a minimum of 100K and a maximum of 500K, and each product sold have a $1 paid to the partner.
    If in a month we sell 90K products, we pay $100K.
    If in a month we sell 300K products, we pay $300K.
    If in a month we sell 800K products, we pay $500K.
