Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Product Portfolio Management (PPM) Project's Team Tab Is Showing Wrong Total Of Actual Hours (Doc ID 2873242.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.6.0 version, Web client (PPM)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Project's Team Tab is showing wrong total of actual hours, Hours used in a particular project shows 14 hours in Agile PLM Web Client , but in the Database (DB) query it shows 15.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Project's Team Tab should show correct total of actual hours in Agile PLM Web Client and also in the Database (DB) query.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client as pmuser.
2. Create a new Project PROJ001.
Create new > Projects > New.
Type: Program
Name: PROJ001
Project State: Active
Schedule Duration: 10
Click Save button.

3. Go to Team tab, click Add button.

4. Add user1 and user2 to Members to Add.
Add Roles = Program Administrator.
Set %Allocation to 100.

5. Click Change Status > In Process.
Click Finish button on Change Status window.

6. Go Home page > My Assignments tab.
Select PROJ001, then click Accept button.

7. Go to Timesheet tab.
Enter 1 in M, T, W, T, and F column for PROJ001 row.
Then Click Save button.

8. Relogin to Web Client as user1.

9. Go Home page > My Assignments tab.
Select PROJ001, then click Accept button.

10. Go to Timesheet tab.
Enter 2 in M and F column for PROJ001 row.
Then Click Save button.

11. Repeat steps # 8 - 10 for user 2.
Enter 1 in M, T, and T columns for PROJ001 row.
Then Click Save button.

12. Relogin to Web Client as pmuser.
Update General Info tab > Owner = user1, then click Save button.

14. Relogin to Web Client as user1.

15. Go to PROJ001 team tab.
Validate Actual Hours for pmuser, user1, and user2.

16. Repeat steps # 12 - 14 for changing PROJ001 Owner to user2.

17. Actual Hours is not displayed correctly for users

Hours used in a particular project shows 14 hours in web client , but in the database query it shows 15.
