FTP 8.0.7: Products With Names Containing Special Character "," (Comma) Do Not Remain Selected In TP Process Upon Saving

Symptoms
On FTP 8.0.7 version, products with "," (delimiter) character in their names are not getting saved in TP Process > Product Selection.
After selection and saving, upon reopening of the process, respective products show up as deselected.
Same was verified through back-end where no entry was there in FSI_TP_PROD_SELECTION table for those product ids, moreover user is getting an additional entry for product_id = "0" .
Example - from FSI_TP_PROD_SELECTION table:
TP_PROCESS_SYS_ID PRODUCT_ID PROD_HIERARCHY_ID
1023456 0 5043210
1023456 100000000001 5043210
1023456 100000000002 5043210
1023456 100000000003 5043210
Note how record for Product ID = 100000000004 is missing, however row for Product ID = 0 got there somehow.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to OFSAA -> FTP
2. Attempt to create new FTP Standard Process
3. Select few products with names containing "," in Assumption Browser screen at the bottom of "Product Selection" definition block.
4. Complete process definition and save.
5. Reopen FTP Process and check which products remained selected in "Product Selection".
