TF webservices screening performance is slow.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import the custom MT700 SQl.

2. Post a MT700 Message.

3. verify the time taken to post a message.

Expected result:

Message is taking more than 1 minute to post.

Actual result:

Message should not take more than 20 seconds.
