Event Details Gives Error "Failed to populate Event Details" If Crew Associated With Event Is Deleted From System (Doc ID 2873842.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Event Details

Event Details does not populate

If a crew is associated with an event, and then that crew is manually deleted, Event Details show the error "Populate Failed" "Failed to populate Event Details" instead of displaying any information on the event.

This error appears in the client log:
