When attempting to login using Single Sign On(SSO) with a user that has expired date passed the as of date, a popup flashes briefly indicating the user is expired but login still occurs.

Steps To Replicate:
1. Login using Single Sign On with user that has expired date.
2. A popup flashes indicating the user is expired but login still occurs.
3. Disable the user, the prompt flashes but login is still allowed.
4. Delete the user, the prompt flashes and from what it seems login is allowed but only halted because all groups must first be removed before delete is allowed.
