Symptoms
On OFSAAI 8.0.9.5, when attempting to map a user with numeric user id, to a group, the following error occurs.

Invalid request / Error while processing request
Steps To Replicate:
1. Create a new user with numeric only id, ie 99999 and authorized.
2. Map the new user to a user group and error occurred.
3. Map an existing user to new user groups is working.
