Symptoms


Demoting an ECO fails with error


ERROR

ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "PUBLIC.DBMS_OUTPUT"
ORA-06512: at "AGILE.PAGE_TWO_T", line 35
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "PUBLIC.DBMS_OUTPUT"
ORA-06512: at "AGILE.PAGE_TWO_T", line 30
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
ORA-06512: at "AGILE.PAGE_TWO_T", line 26
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'AGILE.PAGE_TWO_T'



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client.
2. Create an ECO with more than 1700 AIs.
3. Release the ECO.
4  Then demote the ECO to the previous status in the Workflow.
5. Fails with error:"ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded".

No errors captured in the log
