Symptoms

The DQ DQGLR0003 rule is looking for 'Y' or 'N' to indicate Consolidation or Solo.

The DQ is defined on STG_GL_DATA.F_CONSOLIDATION_FLAG

logic: Consolidation flag should have values as Y means Consolidated and N means Solo
