Symptoms

Switch plan audit log getting incorrect entries

Seeing incorrect entries in the switch plan audit log.  There were reported instances where an audit log entry seems to be missing for a state transition, and there are reported issues where you seem to be getting audit log entries in switch plans, that probably actually came from other plans.

Workaround
The issue occurs when one user loads a sheet, then closes it and loads another sheet of the same type. If another user loads and alters the first sheet the first user loaded, then it's possible for the first user's second sheet to get incorrect updates. The workaround is to keep sheets loaded in edit or view-only mode or to only have one operator work any sheet. Relogging in will also clear any faulty cached sheets.

How to Repeat

o Log in as User A.
o Load a Planned switching sheet.
o Close that sheet and load a different Planned sheet.
o Pull up the Audit log for this sheet.
o Keep User A logged in.
o Log in as User B.
o Load the first plan User A loaded.
o Navigate to the Tracking tab and transition the sheet to a new state.

Expected Behavior:
The audit log for the sheet is updated on User B's sheet. User A's sheet will remain as it was.

Previous Behavior:
The audit log for the sheet was updated on User B's sheet. That same audit log entry was added to User A's sheet as well.
