ISSUE

When attempting to package an student for Award Year (2022-2023), the following error occurs.

ERROR
----------
NoCodConfigurationFoundException: Could not find config for given AwardYear: AwardYear(2022-2023). Origination ignored for fund code DUNSUB and AwardYear(2022-2023)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load SDI
2. Load SAFI and Student ISIR file
3. Verify the packaging.
