Datasheet Not Displayed in Event Assessment Tab if Datasheet Activation Date is Null (Doc ID 2874406.1)

Goal

In Argus 8.2, a datasheet 'IB' was configured in a product family and was not activated (no activation date). However, this datasheet was still visible in the Case Form > Events > Event Assessment tab.

After upgrading to Argus 8.2.3, datasheet 'IB' is not populated anymore in the Event Assessment tab.

Is this expected behavior?
