Unnable To Create Service In Future After Next Bill Date (Doc ID 2874470.1)

There is a requirement to add a service to an account and the service should be created in INACTIVE status

While using Billing Care REST API to create the service in inactive status

“/bcws/webresources/v1.0/accounts/{id}/package”

The input json format is described below

So it meant the Json format is not correct or not supported by the Rest API
