Cannot Access The NAB Address Book In Convergence (Doc ID 2874785.1)

Oracle Communications Contacts Server - Version 8.0.0.4.0 and later
Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 3.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Brand new installation consisting of the following components:

Weblogic 12.2.1.4
Convergence 3.0.2.2.0 (domain 3)
Contacts 8.0.0.6.0 (domain 2)
Calendar 8.0.0.5.0 (domain 1)


Unable to access the Contacts Server (NAB) address book in Convergence.

The Convergence AB works correctly when used without the NAB service (ab.enable = true ; nab.enable = false).
The Convergence AB cannot be accessed when used with the NAB service (ab.enable = true ; nab.enable = true).


When trying to access the NAB service from Convergence, the following is observed in the iwc log with DEBUG level logging:
