File Manager Failed to Start with Error "java.security.cert.CertificateException: No Subject Alternative DNS Name Matching {server_name}.{domain_name} Found." in File Manager Log After Enabling SSL (Doc ID 2874846.1)

Symptoms

After configuring SSL on Agile, File Manager failed to start with below exception:
java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative DNS name matching {server_name}.{domain_name} found.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start File Manager server service.
  2. Check the File Manager log (catalina.out for Linux, agilefm-stdout.YYYY-MM-DD.log for Windows) generated under:
    %Agile_Home%\FileManager\logs

Changes

Configured SSL on Agile.
