Symptoms

Tsfprg error log shows the following error:

ERROR

tsfprg_1~20220529013750~process~shipsku~-2292~ORA-02292: integrity constraint (RMSPRD.SSKL_SHS_FK) violated - child record found~ DELETE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run tsfprg.pc batch
2. Verify the error logs

Due to this issue, users cannot purge the distro/allocation.
