CS data load event generation is in a loop in the populate_match_history execution (Doc ID 2875064.1)

The issue is basically, the process got struck and we see no error on UI as well

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Access CS as analyst
Step2: Execute Batch Run

Expected Behavior:
The batch should run successfully without any issues

Actual Behavior:
The UI shows batch run is ongoing for many hours but the logs are struck at populate_match_history execution task
