Hits not generating for Pacs.008.001.02 on ISO2022 Message (Doc ID 2875100.1)

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the pacs.008.001.02 message

Step 2 : Check the hit is generated for BIC

Step 3 : Check for matches once alerts is generated.

Expected result :

Alert should be created with BIC matches

Issue Encountered :

Alert generated but no matches for BIC code.
