Fatal Error Message Appears When Using A Deal With A Second Promotion In RPM (Doc ID 2875174.1)

On : 16.0.3 version, Other

When attempting to create a promotion using a deal that was previously used, the following error occurs:

 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Created a VFP deal
  2. Made a 1ST promotion with the deal VFP
  3. 1ST promotion dates finished
  4. 1st is purged from RPM_PROMO_COMP but not from DEAL_COMP_PROM
  5. Made a 2nd promotion with the same deal VFP
  6. Fatal error message appeared
  7. 2nd promo is ACTIVE
  8. 2nd promo appeared in payload tables
  9. Tried to EDIT the promo dates
10. Appeared a 2nd FATAL ERROR MESSAGE
