Dimentions Changes For CONST_DIMEN_IND Items Not Exploding Correctly To All Suppliers (Doc ID 2875298.1)

Goal

For items with CONST_DIMEN_IND = 'Y' dimensions are not being updated correctly for secondary suppliers.

For example, have and item1 with 2 suppliers and dimensions with type 'IN' and 'CA' for supplier1(primary) and supplier2.
For the primary supplier change the dimensions 'IN' to 'EA', note that supplier1 is correctly updated. But supplier2 stays with 3 dimensions('IN','CA','EA').

For the supplier2 dimensions 'IN' should have been replaced by dimension 'EA' like it was it supplier1, but this is not happening. Also RIB messages are not being generated correctly for supplier2.
