CM Crashes on OP_AR_GET_BILL_ITEMS Opcode (Doc ID 2875310.1)

Symptoms

OP_AR_GET_BILL_ITEMS opcode is generating CM core dump while fetching bill_items from Customer Center.

This behavior was seen while trying to do READ_FLDS on a transfer event. Worth to mention that the crash is happening ONLY when the event does not exists in Billing and Revenue Management Database (BRM PINDB) (most probably it was deleted by hand).


Reproduction Steps:
----------------------
1. Create account and add TelcoGSMTelephony Service;
2. Add another service - TelcoGPRS;
3. PVT to next bill date and run bill (May-01);
4. PVT to next bill date and run bill (Jun-01);
5. Pass event level adjustment on TelcoGSMTelephony for the 1st Bill (ending on May-01) - 3$ adjustment;
6. Pass another event level adjustment on TelcoGSMTelephony for the 1st Bill (ending on May-01) - 2$ adjustment;
7. Pass another event level adjustment on TelcoGSMTelephony for the 1st Bill (ending on May-01) - 1$ adjustment;
8. Delete two of the /event/billing/item/transfer events from event_t table (for 3$ and 2$).
9. Restart CM;
10. Login to Customer Center and navigate to bill details.
