Goal

When searching or running a report to output the quantity of a Part the top level shows the correct quantity.
It should be possible to get the total quantity of a part.
An option to run a Where Used Report that will provide a rolled up (total)
quantity for a specified part. It should add up the quantities at all levels indicated in the report requested.
