Symptoms
Users are unable to enter negative value in "Group View" option in Quantity limit screen.
Steps to recreate.
------------------------------
1. Select Create what if allocation
2. Input item
3. Add item to allocation
4. Input release date and location and history date in policy screen
5. Go to quantity limit screen and click on group view.
6. Input negative value(-20) in trend and click on set
7. Error comes as "You must enter a value greater than or equal to 0"
