Symptoms

Unable to release Change Order.

ERROR
java.rmi.RemoteException: EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:

com.agile.util.exception.CMDebugException: Transaction BEA1-0AFB67EA38BC07804A08 not active anymore. tx status = Rolled back. [Reason=weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out after 898 seconds

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Java Client
2. Navigate to Change Order NCO
3. Workflow Tab
4. Pending Status
5. Try to change Pending Status to next status > Final Processing
6. Receive error: Transaction BEA1-0AFB67EA38BC07804A08 not active anymore. tx status = Rolled back.
