EBS-PS: Bill of Materials (BOM) Setup in EBS is Not Extracted and Updated in the Production Scheduler (PS) Model (Doc ID 2875504.1)

Bill of material items setup in EBS and updated in ASCP Planned order is not extracted in the PS (Production Scheduler) model

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a routing and BOM for an item
2. Create a demand and run ASCP plan to create planned orders
3. Review ASCP supply chain bill and observe the BOM items are updated correctly
4. Create and launch PS Plan (reference ASCP Plan in the plan options)
5. Open PS model, inquire on the order and observe there are no items in the Bill of Materials tab
